We look to pursue success in private equity through both venture capital and leveraged buyout investments. This gives us the opportunity to: invest in innovative startups for long-term gains, build strong relationships with the companies we choose to support and become affiliated with the changes that they go on to make.

This could simply mean the purchase of shares or a stake in another company through direct investment. These investments would be held over a moderate period of time with the aim of realising significant gains. In doing this, IIC Holdings will be able to positively influence a company by providing our expertise and opinion in a company’s operations.

Our operations in private equity allow us to provide working capital to companies that we select, which enables us to inform expansion, development and management or else to acquire ownership over the company as a whole. In doing so we increase the profitability of the company at which point selling ensures the greatest reward for our investors.
