Overview
IIC Holdings aims to unlock shareholder value by investing in companies and projects to realise significant returns and add value for our shareholders. Companies and projects are carefully analysed and selected by our team of experts before a decision is made to ensure the most profitable and risk-free decisions.
Our team aims to provide a service that is as profitable as it is personal, tailoring our investments to suit the needs of our customers. This is because we understand the importance of an investment, not just as a means of financial gain but as a means of trying to improve the world around us. In this way, IIC Holdings ensure that our clients are satisfied with both their returns and the impact their patronage has had.
Our Model
At a typical investment bank, they manage a client’s money, partitioned from everyone else, and cream a profit off of the top. However, at IIC holdings you effectively purchase shares within the company, hence the risk is shared among all shareholders as opposed to your money on its own.
Therefore, if you invest with us, you’re more than just a client, you become part of the family, and you also get a vote in how we conduct our practice. We don’t discriminate based on how much people put in either, as all returns are represented by a percentage. If you keep your shares for the whole year, we will issue dividends to all our shareholders based on how well we’ve done.
Our Strategy
Through careful analysis of assets and debt our experts target companies in the negative output gap of their industry cycles and aim to support them through their recovery periods. In doing so IIC Holdings ensure that risks are mitigated by low share prices, which are certain to turn a profit in the next stages of the company’s development. By utilising these cycles to find and support companies facing a downturn IIC Holdings invest where investment is needed most. This enables us to build meaningful and rewarding relationships with companies and to realise significant potential upsides without substantial risk.
